The AreaAberfeldy is a pleasant rural town and a first class touring centre. It has a leisure complex with squash courts, multi-gym and a 25 metre indoor swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi. There is also an eighteen hole golf course, bowling green and tennis courts. The surrounding area has much to offer with hillwalking, pony trekking, fishing and all forms of water sports as well as other golf courses. For the less energetic there are several gardens open to the public, distilleries and historic sites and buildings to visit.
