The AreaAberfeldy is a pleasant rural town and a first class touring centre. Aberfeldy has a swimming pool, an eighteen hole golf course, bowling green and tennis courts. The area has much to offer in the way of hillwalking, pony trekking, fishing and all forms of water sports as well as other golf courses. The riverside paths network to Kenmore and Grandtully are only a few minutes from the house and well as the 'Birks of Aberfeldy'; a fabulous walk in all weathers to stunning waterfalls. For the less energetic there are several gardens open to the public, distilleries and historic sites and buildings to visit.
