The Beeches sits on the western edge of the town in a small private development close to the River Tay. Sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities:

• Bedroom one has a double bed and a private bath and shower.
• Bedroom two features twin beds and has a private shower.

To enable you to relax after a hard days’ sightseeing there is an upstairs lounge with colour television for your exclusive use. This room offers panoramic views to the west over the Tay Valley.

Our prices vary between £28 - £30 per person/per night for double occupancy.
