The Self Catering Cottage

Our cottage is situated on the edge of Aberfeldy, looking north over the Tay Valley. It features a delightful south facing back garden, with a small, furnished patio area. The house is only fifteen minute's walk from public transport and local amenities such as supermarket, post office and shops.

• The main living area consists of a spacious 24ft combined lounge and dining area. It is equipped with colour TV and DVD.
• The large breakfast area/kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric cooker, microwave and automatic washing machine. A tumble drier in located within the garage.
• There are two double bedrooms. One has twin beds, and the other has a double bed, providing sleeping accommodation for four guests.
• The bathroom has an electric shower facility, a bath and a shaver point.
• The cottage is double-glazed throughout and is equipped with total control electric heating. This makes it very comfortable throughout the year. There is a payphone in the house and private, off-street car parking is available.

Notes: All weekly lets begin on Saturday. Short breaks available off-season £50 per night, minimum 2 nights. Weekly let prices vary from £215 - £430 depending on the time of year.
